When you invite us into your lives, we know that you may have some concerns. Private Reserve was cultivated through our umbrella company, boasting over 30 years of homecare experience. Our elite staff members are awarded the exclusive opportunity to represent the Private Reserve brand, having gone through rigorous medical training and finishing school to best prepare them for your loved ones’ selective needs.
Every member of the Private Reserve staff is accredited, bonded, and insured. They have been selected specifically as a result of their high level of credentials and abilities. Each Private Reserve Nurse Concierge is a licensed RN, with a minimum of seven years experience in the medical care industry. All nurses and all other care givers are background checked and verified prior to joining the Private Reserve team, then vetted over six months prior to assignment.
Your privacy is a high priority. As part of our commitment to you and your loved one, we sign an NDA that declares that no information shared or otherwise will be transmitted beyond your dwelling. All personal and medical information will remain between you, your loved one and your primary physician – it is an oath that we take very seriously.
